Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 7, 2026
This policy explains what personal data Discally collects, how we use it and what you can do about it. It applies to the Discally Discord bot and to discally.com. By using Discally you agree to it.
What we collect
From Discord
- Your user ID, username and language.
- For servers where the bot is used: server ID and name, member count, owner ID, language, the dates the bot joined and left, and settings such as the command prefix and blocked channels.
Game data
- Your collections, cards, discoins, Quaver, items, boosters, wishlist, profile settings, XP, tutorial progress, rankings and the history of your game transactions (rolls, sales, steals, rewards, purchases).
Last.fm (only if you link an account)
- Your Last.fm username and the tracks you listened to after linking. We never receive your Last.fm password.
Notifications
- Your notification preferences and the direct messages we send you.
Usage and technical logs
- For each command: its name, whether it worked, the type of error, the server and the time. We do not store the content of your messages or command arguments.
- Technical logs from our own systems (for example, error records), which may contain IDs. They do not include the content of any messages.
Messages
- Discally receives message content only to detect commands and read your replies in interactive menus. We do not store it.
Website
- No accounts, no tracking cookies and no analytics. Our website provider processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site. Your theme and language choices are saved only in your browser.
How we use it
- To run the game and its features.
- To credit Quaver from your Last.fm listening, when you choose to link.
- To send game and security notifications.
- To prevent abuse and fraud, keep the service secure and understand which features are used.
- To comply with the law.
Who sees it
We do not sell or rent personal data, show ads, share data with data brokers, or use message content to train AI models.
- Other players can see some of your information through the game: username, cards, collection, profile and rankings.
- Service providers that host and protect the service, such as hosting, backup and website providers.
- Discord, the platform where the bot runs, and Last.fm, where we read your public listening data (we send them only your username).
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Our providers may process data outside your country.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as we need it to run the game, so your progress is still there if you come back, and we delete it when you ask. Technical logs and backups are removed automatically after a limited time, unless the law requires us to keep something longer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or get a copy of your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing contact@discally.com with your Discord user ID. We may ask you to confirm the account is yours.
You can delete your account yourself at any time with the delete command in Discord, or ask us by email if you cannot use the bot. Once your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize your personal data, such as your Discord ID, username and Last.fm link. Data in backups disappears as the backups expire.
You can also unlink Last.fm and turn off most notifications at any time. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. If an incident affects your data, we will notify you and Discord as required by law.
Children
Discally is not for people under 13, or under Discord's minimum age in their country, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will announce important changes through the bot or the website.
