Terms of Service
Last updated: November 7, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to Discally ("Discally", "the bot", "we", "us"), a Discord bot and its website at discally.com. By adding Discally to a server or using its commands, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Discally.
Who can use Discally
You must be at least 13 years old (or older, if Discord's minimum age in your country is higher) and follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you add Discally to a server, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
What Discally is
Discally is a collecting game on Discord. You obtain cards that represent music records, build collections inside each server and interact with other players.
Discally is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord, Last.fm, or any artist, label or music service.
Virtual items
Cards, Discoins, Quaver, Boosters, items and anything else you obtain in the bot ("virtual items") are part of the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for money, and you do not own them: you receive a limited, revocable license to use them inside Discally.
We may adjust, migrate, remove or compensate virtual items, for example when we correct catalog data or fix a bug. We do not guarantee that any virtual item will exist permanently.
Do not sell, buy or exchange virtual items or accounts for money or anything of value outside Discally.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- exploit bugs, or use scripts, automation or self-bots to play;
- use multiple accounts to gain an advantage;
- fake or manipulate listening data (including fake scrobbles);
- bypass rate limits, channel blocks or other restrictions;
- harass others, or use Discally to break the law or Discord's rules;
- attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service.
If you break these rules we may warn you, reverse what you gained, reset or remove your virtual items, or suspend your access, with or without notice.
Last.fm
Linking a Last.fm account is optional. When you link one, Discally reads that account's public listening history, starting from the moment you link, to credit Quaver. Use your own account, keep its listening history public, and note that a Last.fm account can be linked to only one Discally user at a time. We never receive your Last.fm password. You can unlink at any time.
Notifications
Discally may send you direct messages about events in the game (for example, when one of your cards is taken or an upgrade is about to end) and about the security of your account. You can turn off most categories with the button in the message or with the notify command. Security notices cannot be turned off.
Servers
Server administrators can configure Discally in their server, for example the command prefix and blocked channels. We are not responsible for what members post in a server.
Third-party content and copyright
Album covers, titles, artist names and other music information belong to their owners. Discally shows them, in small size, only to identify the records in the game, and claims no rights over them.
If you are a rights holder and want something removed, email contact@discally.com with the work concerned, where it appears and your contact details. We will review it promptly and remove it when appropriate.
Free service
Discally is currently free. If we ever offer paid features, we will update these Terms first and follow Discord's rules for apps that charge for features.
No warranty
Discally is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time. We make backups, but data can still be lost, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for the loss of virtual items, progress or data. Nothing here limits rights that the law of your country does not allow to be limited.
Ending your use
You can stop using Discally at any time by removing the bot from your server. You can also delete your account with the delete command, or ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account is permanent: your virtual items and progress cannot be restored. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, or shut the service down.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will announce important changes through the bot or the website. If you keep using Discally after a change, you accept the new Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without taking away the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
